About Polynoos

Built from inside working hotels.

Polynoos is the operating system for modern hospitality — eighteen connected modules, one architecture, written by people who walked the floors before they wrote the code.

Our origin

Polynoos started where hospitality meets software.

Most hospitality software is written by people who've never worked a hotel shift. The integrations are bolted on, the workflows assume a 9-to-5 office, and the modules don't talk to each other without an integration vendor in between.

Polynoos is built differently. The team behind it has run hotels, spas, and villa portfolios across the Mediterranean. Every module — PMS, housekeeping, transfers, appointments, notifications, reputation, and the others — was designed by watching how the operations actually run, then writing software that gets out of the way.

The result is one platform with one identity model, one event bus, one design language. Replace nine vendors with one stack. Your team learns one tool, not nine. Your data moves natively across modules instead of through nightly CSV exports.

By the numbers
18modules

PMS, housekeeping, transfers, appointments, notifications, reputation, and more — connected by one architecture.

24/7operating reality

Hospitality runs around the clock. Polynoos is built to match — not to bolt onto a 9-to-5 SaaS schedule.

1platform

One stack, one identity, one set of decisions. No integration tax between modules. Replace nine vendors with one.

What we believe

Three principles the platform never breaks.

Built from inside

Hotels are operations, not databases

Every module starts with the operator's day. We watch front-desk shifts, walk floors with housekeepers, ride airport transfers. The software follows the work — not the other way around.

Eighteen, one architecture

Modules that talk natively, not via hacks

PMS check-out events flow to housekeeping in milliseconds, not in a nightly batch. Transfers see real flight data, not booked times. The integration tax of multi-vendor stacks disappears.

Greek heritage, modern stack

Where hospitality was first built — Polynoos

The word is the city of many minds. Greece invented the inn, the spa, the ritual of welcome. Polynoos brings that lineage into a platform written this decade — Cloud Run, Postgres, modern React.
